REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to receive a refund for your donation to the Ananya Vikas Avam Jagrukata Sanstha, you must request it in writing or through email. Your request must reach the trust within 15 days from the date on which you made the donation. This includes any online, electronic, or other means of donation, as well as handing over or dispatching a cheque or demand draft to the trust or someone authorized by the trust.

We kindly ask that the refund policy be updated to reflect the services available on the website, and that the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account be included (for example, 5-7 working days).
